Hi, I’m Andrea Duechting, a senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience in international collaboration, both within and outside Europe. I have managed integrated food security projects in different parts of the world, coordinated humanitarian programmes, and led partnership management and onboarding of new partners for one of the largest digital identity and transfer management platforms in the humanitarian sector. During these years, friends, women and men in Ghana, Mali, Sri Lanka, Burkina Faso, Uganda, and many other countries shared their stories with me, along with their worries and hopes. Their voices have shaped my thinking, pushed me to question the international system and encouraged me try new approaches. They continue to guide me today when I advise organisations in their digital transformation processes, carry out analyses, develop guidance, conduct evaluations and facilitate complex stakeholder processes.
