As an empathetic person who notices subtle nuances, spots connections quickly, links ideas, approaches and processes across sectors and disciplines. I value quality over quantity, cooperation over competition, and sharing over hoarding. For me, clarity creates understanding, listening builds trust, and learning shapes our future.
Who I work with

I work with international, regional, and local organisations who are committed to global justice or want to strengthen their contribution to it. This includes governmental and non-governmental organisations, international bodies such as United Nations, as well as tech service providers, think tanks, and academic institutions.
How I work

As a geographer by training, I think and work in an interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and glocal way. I believe in system thinking alongside ecosystem- and people-centred approaches. I’m known for being structured, team-minded, pragmatic, analytical, independent, flexible, and reliable. I have worked remotely across almost all time zones for many years.
